At Inner Fruits we specialize in a natural approach towards health. I have worked since 1977 as a microbiologist in research, and have researched parttime for 19 years, fulltime since 1995 into natural alternatives to facilitate healing of common ailments.

At first I investigated elimination diets to solve allergic and chronic immune system problems. Later I found that by supplementing with certain vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbs, I saw quicker results, than one following a healthy diet and eliminating allergens such as cows milk, sugar, wheat, gluten and preservatives.

In 1992 I came across significant research on the " yeast syndrome related diseases", Candida/parasitic related diseases that occur after antibiotic usage, and for various other reasons. I did post graduate studies in lactic acid bacteriology. This concerns the friendly flora, Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium, which work antagonistically against intruders such as fungi, yeasts, faecal bacteria and parasites. After graduation I opened Inner Fruits. Here we work with a detoxification program to eliminate unfriendly microbes. Clients embark on a cleansing programme for the first month after they come in for a consultation. Our computerized analysis and questionaires show us which supplements to introduce from the second month, and which routes to follow to help the body with its natural built-in healing process.
