Enzymes were ‘discovered’ in the 1800’s before the importance of vitamins and minerals in human health were discovered, which was the early 1900’s. Since 1932 more research has been done regarding the enzymes needed for the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Enzymes are proteins that supply the spark of life for ‘dead nutrients’, which are our food and supplements.
We are born with two groups of enzymes and if used up, our lifespan is shortened. Our enzyme potential means we have a certain supply of digestive enzymes (to digest our food into smaller particles) and a supply of metabolic enzymes (for building vitamins, minerals and food into blood, nerves, organs and tissues). If we have problems with digestion, more digestive enzymes need to be manufactured and less of the expert metabolic mechanics are available to keep us healthy!
Ancient dessert people, the Essenes, said two thousand years ago “ If you kill your food, your food will kill you”.
Eat enzyme rich food (raw food), seed sprouts, live yoghurt cultures and take supplements that contain enzymes! The proof of this pudding is in the eating; just chew slowly, as enzymes are secreted while you chew.

Usage
In vegetal capsules. Take 1-2 capsule 3 x per day with meals.
Our enzyme pool is enlarged when we add raw food and supplements containing enzymes to our daily diet. Substances such as zinc and chromium help with manufacturing of enzymes and with sugar regulation. Subsequently we take stress off the pancreas and liver to manufacture digestive enzymes and our then more metabolic enzymes will be made to help with healing.
